订单与付款

  • 付款成功后订单无法修改、取消、退款或换款。

  • 价格可能随时变动，已付款订单不受影响。

  • 促销价仅适用于新下单，不接受因价格调整要求退款/更换。

预购 & 缺货产品

  • ETA 到货时间仅供参考，可能提前或延迟，不接受因延迟取消订单。

  • 若有缺货，我们会联系您更换同价产品，或全额退款。

  • 预购与现货同单结账，将在缺货商品到货后统一发货；如需分开发货，需另付运费。

下单注意事项

  • 请确保选择正确的颜色/款式/度数，并填写完整正确的收货地址。

  • 商品颜色/佩戴效果可能因个人瞳孔、光线等略有差异。

配送 & 运费

  • 本地使用 Poslaju/Ninja/DHL/等等，海外使用 Gdex/等等，运费根据地区计算。

  • 我们提供 Tracking Number，包裹交由第三方物流配送，若遗失需向物流方索赔。

  • 国际订单如产生关税或进口税，由收件人承担。

退回包裹

  • 退回包裹如需重新寄送，邮费由客户承担。

  • 超过 30 天未认领的退回包裹将被没收，不再赔偿。

法律条款

  • 本网站条款受马来西亚法律管辖。

  • 我们有权随时更新或修改条款，恕不另行通知。

Orders & Payment

  • Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Prices may change anytime without notice.

  • Promotions/discounts apply only to new orders. No refunds or changes for price adjustments.

Pre-order & Out of Stock Items

  • ETA (estimated arrival) is for reference only; delays may occur and cancellations are not accepted.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to replace with another product of the same value or issue a full refund.

  • If pre-order and in-stock items are ordered together, they will be shipped once all items are available. Separate shipping requires extra postage.

Order Accuracy

  • Please ensure correct selection of color/style/power and provide a full and accurate shipping address.

  • Actual product color/effect may vary slightly due to lighting, pupil size, and personal differences.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Local delivery via Poslaju;/Ninja/DHL/etc  international via Gdex/etc. Shipping fees vary by region.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided. We are not liable for lost parcels once handed to courier; claims must be made with the courier.

  • International duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returned Parcels

  • Reshipping costs for returned parcels are to be borne by the customer.

  • Unclaimed parcels after 30 days will be forfeited with no compensation.

Legal

  • These terms are governed by Malaysian law.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify terms at any time without prior notice.
