如何挑选最适合的美瞳？

1. 材质选择

  • 水凝胶：质地柔软、亲水性强，但透氧性较低，长时间佩戴容易干涩。

  • 硅水凝胶：透氧性佳，适合长时间佩戴，但相对硬一些。

2. 含水量 & 厚度

  • 含水量高（50%以上）镜片较薄，但更容易蒸发水分，导致干涩。

  • 亚洲人眼睛更适合 38%左右含水量。

  • 厚度 0.04–0.06mm 较舒适，不易滑片。

3. 直径 & 着色直径

  • 镜片直径：13.8–14.5mm 常见。

  • 放大效果主要取决于 着色直径，而不是整体直径。

  • 建议初次佩戴从自然直径开始尝试。

4. 基弧（BC）

  • 亚洲人常见基弧 8.4–8.6mm。

  • 过小 → 镜片过紧、卡眼；

  • 过大 → 镜片易滑动。

5. 度数选择

  • 0–400°：可直接选择相同度数。

  • 400–600°：建议减 25 度。

  • 700–800°：建议减 50 度。

  • 高度数用户建议遵医嘱。

6. 使用周期

  • 日抛：最干净卫生，但费用较高。

  • 月抛 / 季抛：性价比与便利性兼顾。

  • 半年抛 / 年抛：款式多，但需严格清洁。

7. 颜色选择

  • 浅瞳：金棕、浅棕，混血感自然。

  • 黑瞳：巧克力色、亮色，显神采。

  • 深瞳：褐色、栗色，百搭耐看。

8. 重点提醒

  • 选镜片请以 舒适 + 安全 为优先。

  • 美观重要，但不适合自己眼睛的款式不要勉强。

How to Choose the Most Suitable Contact Lenses?

1. Material Selection

  • Hydrogel: Soft texture, highly hydrophilic, but lower oxygen permeability. May cause dryness if worn for long hours.

  • Silicone Hydrogel: Excellent oxygen permeability, suitable for long wear, but slightly firmer in texture.

2. Water Content & Thickness

  • High water content (above 50%) → thinner lenses, but more prone to dryness due to faster evaporation.

  • Asian eyes are generally more suitable for around 38% water content.

  • Thickness between 0.04–0.06mm is more comfortable and less likely to slip.

3. Diameter & Graphic Diameter

  • Common lens diameter: 13.8–14.5mm.

  • The enlargement effect depends mainly on the graphic diameter, not the overall size.

  • Beginners are recommended to start with natural diameters.

4. Base Curve (BC)

  • Common Asian base curve: 8.4–8.6mm.

  • Too small → lens feels tight and uncomfortable.

  • Too large → lens may shift or slip easily.

5. Prescription Power

  • 0–400°: Choose the same prescription as your glasses.

  • 400–600°: Reduce by 25 degrees.

  • 700–800°: Reduce by 50 degrees.

  • Higher prescriptions → follow your eye doctor’s advice.

6. Replacement Cycle

  • Daily: Most hygienic and convenient, but more costly.

  • Dark brown/black eyes: Chocolate tones or vibrant colors to brighten the look.

  • Deep dark eyes: Hazel or chestnut shades, classic and versatile.

8. Key Reminder

  • Always prioritize comfort + safety when choosing lenses.

  • Appearance is important, but never compromise if the lens does not suit your eyes.
