Return & Refund Policy ♥

🔄 退货 / 退款 / 换货政策

📌 收货时请检查:颜色、度数、款式是否正确。若有缺陷、损坏或发错,请立即联系我们。

⏳ 时限

  • 售后服务:收到包裹后 10 天内

  • 超过 10 天将不受理

✅ 符合条件

  • 收到错误包裹/损坏包裹

  • 收到错误的颜色/度数/款式

  • 未拆封包装下,镜片有裂痕/破损/颜色或度数不对

❌ 不接受

  • 已使用或拆封的产品

  • 促销或清仓产品

  • 因色差或佩戴效果不同要求退货

  • 错误下单、不小心下单

解决方式

  • 退货:需保持原包装,未拆封

  • 换货/退款:确认问题后,我们承担运费并重新寄送或退款

  • 退款流程:退货收到并检查 → 邮件通知结果 → 退款退回至原支付方式

  • 注意:退货寄回途中若遗失,本店不负责。建议使用可追踪/有保险的运输方式。

📌 任何退货必须先联系我们确认,不接受未通知直接寄回的包裹。

📌 Check your order upon delivery: Please confirm lens color, power, and style are correct. If defective, damaged, or wrong items are received, contact us immediately.

⏳ Timeframe

  • Service available within 10 days after receiving your order

  • Requests after 10 days will not be accepted

✅ Eligible Cases

  • Wrong or damaged package received

  • Wrong lens color / power / style

  • Defective lens (crack, damage, mismatched color/power) while still sealed

❌ Not Accepted

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards, promotion, or clearance items

  • Color difference / wearing effect issues (may vary by lighting or eye shape)

  • Wrong order placed by customer

Solutions

  • Return: Must be in original, unopened packaging

  • Exchange / Refund: Once approved, we cover shipping costs and resend the correct product or issue a refund

  • Refund Process: Item received & checked → Email confirmation → Refund issued to original payment method

  • Important: We are not responsible for lost return parcels. Use trackable/insured shipping if item value exceeds RM100.

📌 All returns must be confirmed with us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
