解决方式

退货:需保持原包装,未拆封

换货/退款:确认问题后,我们承担运费并重新寄送或退款

退款流程:退货收到并检查 → 邮件通知结果 → 退款退回至原支付方式

注意:退货寄回途中若遗失,本店不负责。建议使用可追踪/有保险的运输方式。

Solutions

Return: Must be in original, unopened packaging

Exchange / Refund: Once approved, we cover shipping costs and resend the correct product or issue a refund

Refund Process: Item received & checked → Email confirmation → Refund issued to original payment method

Important: We are not responsible for lost return parcels. Use trackable/insured shipping if item value exceeds RM100.
📌 All returns must be confirmed with us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
