​美瞳除了挑选要用心，清洁护理更重要！爱美的同时，记得随时注意美瞳的安全哦！

​Choosing lenses is important, but proper care matters even more! Stay beautiful and always keep your eyes safe.

佩戴指南

新美瞳注意事项 ：

​

1. 检查包装
拆封前先检查外盒和镜片，有破损或颜色异常请 7 天内联系客服。

2. 首次清洗 & 浸泡
未拆封美瞳里有保存液，可能会让眼睛不适。拆开后请先清洗，再放入新的护理液浸泡 6-8 小时（最好过夜）。日抛除外。

3.佩戴前后清洁​

  • 佩戴前/取下前一定要洗手并自然风干。

  • 镜片每次佩戴前后都要再清洗一次。

  • 建议用辅助器，避免细菌感染。​ 

4.佩戴小技巧

放轻松，镜片靠近眼球时会自动贴合，不要害怕眨眼。

5.化妆顺序

戴上美瞳后再化妆，取下美瞳后再卸妆，避免卸妆水接触镜片。

New Contact Lens Precautions:

​

1. Check the Packaging
Before opening, check the outer box and lenses. If there is any damage or color abnormality, please contact customer service within 7 days.

2. First Cleaning & Soaking
Unopened lenses are stored in saline with preservatives, which may cause discomfort. After opening, clean the lenses and soak them in fresh solution for 6–8 hours (preferably overnight). Not required for daily lenses.

3. Cleanliness Before & After Wearing
Always wash and air-dry your hands before putting on or removing lenses.
Clean the lenses each time before and after use.
Use an applicator if possible to avoid bacterial infection.

4. Wearing Tips
Stay relaxed — once the lens touches your eye, it will naturally adhere. Avoid excessive blinking.

5. Makeup Order
Put on lenses before makeup, and remove them before removing makeup. Avoid getting makeup remover on the lenses.

​

佩戴前 Before Wearing

  • ⚠️ 确认眼睛健康，无炎症或干眼症。
    Make sure your eyes are healthy, no inflammation or dry eye.

  • 🧼 戴镜前洗净并擦干双手。
    Wash and dry your hands before touching lenses.

  • 🔄 分清镜片正反面，避免戴反。
    Check the front and back of the lens before wearing.

佩戴时间  Wearing Time

  • ⏰ 新手首次佩戴 ≤ 4 小时，逐渐增加，但每天最好 ≤ 8 小时。
    For beginners: max 4 hours at first, then slowly increase. Max 8 hours per day.

  • 👓 建议与框架眼镜交替佩戴，每周休息 2–3 天。
    Alternate with glasses, rest your eyes 2–3 days a week.

使用中  During Use

  • 🚫 不要揉眼睛，避免伤害角膜。
    Do not rub your eyes to avoid corneal damage.

  • 💧 若眼干可使用专用美瞳润眼液（3–4 小时滴一次）。
    Use lens-friendly eye drops every 3–4 hours if eyes feel dry.

  • ❌ 佩戴中若不适，立即取下，清洗并浸泡 24 小时后再试。
    If discomfort occurs, remove immediately, clean and soak for 24h before retrying.

护理与清洁 Care & Cleaning

  • 🧴 每天清洗镜片，没佩戴也至少 3 天清洗一次。
    Clean lenses daily. If not worn, clean at least once every 3 days.

  • 🔄 护理液开封后 3 个月内必须更换。
    Replace solution within 3 months after opening.

  • 📦 镜片盒建议 3 个月更换一次，并提前清洗。
    Change lens case every 3 months, clean before use.

  • ⛔ 美瞳为个人用品，绝不可共用。
    Never share your lenses with others.

特殊提醒 Special Reminders

  • ⏳ 年抛镜片（普通材质）建议使用 3 个月就更换。
    Yearly lenses (basic material) should be replaced after 3 months.

  • 🚫 不要在雾霾天、孕期、感冒、生病、生理期、游泳、睡觉、熬夜后或眼睛不适时佩戴。
    Do not wear lenses during haze, pregnancy, illness, period, swimming, sleeping, after staying up late, or if your eyes feel unwell.

  • 👀 左右眼要分开存放（L=左眼，R=右眼）。
    Store left and right lenses separately (L = Left, R = Right).
